After vacuum annealing and sub-zero treatment is provided by our own special unique process.
ATS314”
ATS314 of our company is made by Hitachi Metals
ATS314 is not steel for a usual blade.
ATS314 is a special material that the element was adjusted because of the hair cutting scissors.
Cobalt etc. are added and practicable hardness has been improved.
The matrix is strengthened, and the effect of the carbide of the dropout prevention has been improved further.
The period when the blade cuts well lasts long.
